Grease Lightning™ Return Policy

Due to the nature of greases and chemical products, Grease Lightning™ maintains a strict return policy to protect product integrity and customer safety.  

1. All Sales Are Final 

All sales are considered final once shipped.  We do not accept returns for opened, used, or incorrectly ordered product.  

2. Damaged or Defective Products

 If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify Grease Lightning™ within 7 days of delivery.  To process a claim, we require the following information: 

  • Photos of the damaged product 

  • Photos of the packaging 

  • Order Number & Delivery Date 

  • Copy of Invoice 

After review, Grease Lightning™ may, at its discretion, issue a replacement or refund.  

3. Unauthorized Returns 

Any product returned without prior written approval will be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.  

4. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return and shipping unless the error was caused by Grease Lightning™.
